Custom made/Personalized orders are not returnable as they were made specifically for you at your request. Custom made/Personalized orders cannot be cancelled once we start making the order. If you receive an order with incorrect personalization due to our fault, we will replace the item at no cost to you. You must contact us within five days of receiving the item of the issue. If the personalization was incorrect due to you providing incorrect information, we will work with you to correct the item but you will have to pay for any shipping charges and may be charged for our time and material to correct the item

All signs are for indoor use unless otherwise specified.

For those in the Leesport PA area - our creations are available for pick up or purchase at Leesport Farmers Market in Leesport PA. Please let me know if you would like to pick up and I can adjust the shipping charge and let you know the hours.

If you are unhappy with your purchase, I will refund the purchase price minus shipping. You must contact me within five days of receiving your purchase of your intention to return. Return shipping is the buyers responsibility. Once item is returned in undamaged condition your payment will be refunded. I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

No returns will be accepted on custom/personalized orders unless there was an error on our part in the creation process.

For international orders, the customer is responsible for any additional custom or duty charges, fees, taxes, etc. charged by your respective country. Even though you have paid for shipping your country may charge additional custom, duty, etc fees for which we are not liable and not legally allowed to pay. I have no control over these charges and cannot not estimate what they would be as each country has its own laws and charges. We also cannot mark items as a "gift" in order to avoid these fees as it is illegal to do so.

Once we give the package to the shipping service, we do not have control on when they deliver. If the item is lost/not delivered or damaged, please let us know and we can file a claim with the USPS. We will require a photograph of the damages to be able to file a claim. After the claim is processed we can replace or refund your purchase minus shipping charges.

All of our products are made to order and are not stocked. Most items take 7- 14 business days to create prior to shipping. Some items may take longer. Please check each individual listing for approximate processing time (time to make your order). While be do our best to meet our deadlines, these times are approximate and may fluctuate during holidays and busy seasons. If you need an item by a certain date, please be sure to contact us to make sure we can accommodate your schedule. Processing time does not include shipping time. Most orders take 2-3 days to arrive within the USA after shipping.

When ordering a personalized sign, please put the personalization info in the notes to seller section when checking out. If you miss this step, please send an Etsy convo/message with the info.
